Low 80s… kgs. Have been slowly cutting down to mid 70s for a bit more than a month now.
Hopefully bench doesn’t take much of a hit but I don’t really see myself losing significant strength of squat or DL. We’ll see

Actually I bought the SBD limited edition shirt over Christmas and went XL and was disappoint because my arms weren’t hugging the sleeves. Like the worst feeling

What do we think about throwing in some front loaded carries or walks?
I wanna make my upper back so strong that no weight can round it out so I can maintain a good position during the deadlift. Then with the magic of sumo I can pull as much as my legs can drive (which is less than my back can manage without rounding right now)

The power of IIFYM mate… wait I don’t count macros only guesstimate daily protein. Anyways I alternate between starving myself religiously and cheat meals when the opportunity presents itself.
Always tighter mane. Also kinda for the buttwink too you look like you’re yoloswag divebombing into the bottom. Seems to work well enough but in the interest of getting better you could do without the lack of control and margin for error that gets you. Try different tempos while being tighter and you could hit gold with something and make all kinds of gains.

Pretty obvious that this is your best lift. Hammer it and up that total or DL only prowess.
All the things you’re looking at i.e. front squats, carries, better technique work. More important is consistency and overload over time. Pick the one’s you like and will stick with and gogogogogo

You can pause the front squats too. I found 5x2 with a two second pause works well. I’d do that after DL with around 75-85 per cent.

When I do front squats after regular squats the weight feels like nothing for my legs because they are used to moving 50kg more so I can focus on keeping my back tight. It didn’t affect my DL last workout because there’s a long gap with bench and push accessories between them. Why do you recommend after DLs?
Also why paused? Is it for more gains or is it just more torture?
Just because it’s what I did and got good results from. The pause helps force you lock in your midsection and upper back and really push out from the hole. All that translates nicely to breaking the bar off the floor.

“forgot” to belt up again for DLs… well more like it never crossed my mind to use a belt #YuryBelkin.
Ordered the budget belt off LoadedLifting on sale cos my mate said it pretty much did what the inzer belt did but much cheaper.
Maybe with a nicer belt I’ll be more motivated to wear it on deadlift for the sexy gym outfit swag gains… and umm bracing and stuff.
So… when it arrives I’ll wear it bit higher and looser and should be aight.
Think of it as money spent on gym swag and there’s no spending limit to look sexy #SBDBelt
