Not great not terrible considering the time off. Did many triples working up to 165kg. Gruelling tbh feel like my work capacity has dropped probs because I’ve been sleeping shit and stressed by uni assignments.
I hate you when you lift Hamster. Your lifts looks so ridiculous easy and smooth. Technique is just spot on. Just like you could do 100 reps.

Appetites been down. Have been eating less and training less so makes sense. Bit annoying when I want to get down a lot of yum yums for the gains but my stomachs feels full after a couple of bites.
Hector probably should have hit 10 X 10 50% on squats, woulda been a different story then, instead Hector’s all like nah I’ll stick with 531 and Achilles nailed him.

Busted out the comp suit today. Bought it before I injured my back and wasn’t sure if I’d end up using it but things looking promising at this stage minus coronavirus.
Top dub sumo deadlift @ 230kg and then pushing stiff leg deadlifts into new territory @ 147.5kg app PRs because haven’t repped this weight before. Plenty of room to build. Haven’t pulled more than 200 in any conventional variation so might end up doing that sooner or later.
Learnt how to use my clips properly. Turns out there’s three settings closed, half open and fully open. Been sliding em on and off in the half open setting and wondering why it was so hard. FacepalmPig
