Push day today. Backs feeling pretty good. Haven’t hit lower body for a week I dunno if there’s causality or correlation there or whatever. Might chill completely on lower body or might pick up cycling or something like else like that.

Picked up a job tutoring as well for the next few months so between that and uni dunno how much time I’ll have to train around the back injury anyway. Upper body priorities lol

Almost enough time to earn the chronic classification for back injury and Medicare subsidy for physio so I’m gonna look into some places around.

Comp Bench 4x3 @ 95-105kg
Spoto Press 3 Sets @ 60kg
Incline DBs 3 Sets @ 27.5kg
Machine Flyes 3 Sets

Back workout yesterday. Haven’t been sleeping the best so felt bit slow. On the plus side I might be more jacked and tanned than ever before at this BW.

BB Seal Row with Wide-ish Grip is much harder than the dumbbell equivalent maybe because with them I can pull with more lats that way.

Farmers Walk back in today. Feels good on my back and grip feels more solid than ever. Nice.

BB Seal Row 3 Sets @ 40kg
DB Shrug 4 Sets @ 30-35kg
Farmers Walk 4 Laps @ 37.5kg
Rear Delt Flyes 3 Sets @ 60
Curls/Hammers 4 Sets @ 15kg

Feeling tight and a bit sore in the traps after that one. Might be that I’m actually tired but having sore traps mimics being tired in general pretty well I think

No workout today but moved a lot cleaning up the mother in law property after a storm hit over the weekend. Bit of every kind of lifting lol

Mostly just trees and weak structures that got messed up. Homes were alright and the animals showed up out of the hiding places soon after it passed apparently
