Tired today but got a massive pump going. Uncomfortable pump lol. Bodybuilding is fun. I’ll get a bit leaner than slow bulk back into powerlifting I think.
Dunno what programming I’ll use coming back. Maybe something RPE based to regulate the weight as my muscle memory kicks in and strength comes back.
Finishing up the hypertrophy / upper body bro skipping legs / back injury lay off block today with a bit of everything.
Refeed tomorrow and deload next week. Will try out squat and deadlift again next week during the deload and depending on how that goes will determine what next block looks like. Hopefully the comp lifts can come back in and will build from there and see where we go
