Still recovering from a big weekend so took a couple of sets off the shrugs and farmers. Nothing special otherwise today just more work.

Weighted Chin Ups 4 Sets @ BW+22.5kg
DB Seal Row 3 Sets @ 25kg
Bicep 4 Sets @ 15kg
DB Shrugs 4 Sets @ 32.5kg
Farmers Walk 4 Sets @ 40kg
Rear Delts 5 Sets @ 18

Tired today but got a massive pump going. Uncomfortable pump lol. Bodybuilding is fun. I’ll get a bit leaner than slow bulk back into powerlifting I think.

Dunno what programming I’ll use coming back. Maybe something RPE based to regulate the weight as my muscle memory kicks in and strength comes back.

I’ve done an accidental pause squat before but that was with like 3 plates or something

Yeah same, my pause back squat pr was me getting stapled and decided to try anyways.

He failed the squat and was like I guess I should put it back in the rack now

But actually to misgroove, lose tightness and pause in the bottom but still be able to muscle it back up smooth-ish is insanity

Finishing up the hypertrophy / upper body bro skipping legs / back injury lay off block today with a bit of everything.

Refeed tomorrow and deload next week. Will try out squat and deadlift again next week during the deload and depending on how that goes will determine what next block looks like. Hopefully the comp lifts can come back in and will build from there and see where we go

Weighed in a bit lights this morning at 82.6kg so gonna line up a lot of foods today and pig out
