Using wraps for any of those squat sessions there is going to suck. The good thing is that you seem to be doing alright with the wraps that you have and minimal practice, you could probably get away with not squatting in wraps until a month or two out. But you would be better off getting used to them now, and maybe also getting a stronger pair that will add more lbs to your squat.
Anyway, see if you can get a reply directly from Blevins. Personally, I wouldn’t do anything under 80%, more than 3 reps, and more than about 3 work sets in wraps. Wrapping light is pretty much pointless.

The thing is fitting it into the program. Is the fatigue generated from a few heavy singles in wraps gonna throw off the program? That’s about the minimum I think to get good with wraps? I guess because the program is auto regulated going off program is just made up later in asjustments to higher fatigue ratings.
Maybe far from a meet I won’t really push weight or volume much but instead focus on quality of movement and skill at heavy enough a weight?
It could for sure. But rather than doing singles and have to wrap your knees over and over it would be better to just do a few reps in each set, like 2 triples with the same weight after doing the last warmup (can just be a single) in wraps. Going way beyond that isn’t going to have a significant benefit and will cause more fatigue, especially if you wraps yourself. You don’t suck at squatting in wraps from what I have seen so far, so just gradually increase the weight and wrap tighter and there shouldn’t be any major learning curve.
You could just change your main squat day, which appears to be day 3. You are doing 10 doubles or 8 triples with about 75% which is pretty easy, you could cut about half the sets and replace that with a couple triples in wraps. Just add 5-15lbs. each week to the working weight in wraps, once you get to the point that the first set is a hard double then either cut the 2nd set of make it a down set. And of course do your squatting in sleeves right after. In my next training block my squat days will actually look just like that.
Is this program supposed to emphasize the deadlift over the squat? The way it’s organized it kind of give that impression, normally you would do your heavy squats earlier in the week than heavy DLs unless every week is different like Sheiko’s programs.
By the way, did you hear that Sheiko’s book is finally coming out in English in about a month? I have been waiting a couple years for that, I thought it would never happen.

Yeah I saw an Instagram post on Sheikos book. Kind of came out of nowhere like hey it’s done guys that thing that we gave no update on. Will be a good read for sure but I’m barely even started Scientific Principles of Strength Training might be a while until I learn the Russian secrets
It was announced a couple years back that Mike Israetel was going to be translating it, the plan seemed to be to release it much sooner but for whatever reason they waited until now. Probably something to do with Omar Isuf and Silent Mike selling Sheiko programs plus Israetel has all kinds of other stuff happening. I don’t think I’m going to switch to a full-out Sheiko-style program for myself but I can definitely learn something from one of the top coaches in the sport.

Squat, bench and deadlift tomorrow and hopefully my new belt arrives in time to hit the gym with it. Srs mode now guys. Just need to picture my gym nemesis’ grin to push me.

Im guessing you’re gonna go with SBD wraps but from what I’ve been told and read and all the wraps content I’ve been exposed to they haven’t even been mentioned as being good lol
And I’ve gone full cheater at least for now so don’t you worry about it. When (if?) I transition back to IPFy stuff we can compare. We’ll both just get stronger in the mean time
If i where to get wraps, idd probably go with titan’s wraps… Don’t know which specific type.
