Hello Shadow…am new here…like just joined 2 days ago…need help in getting an effective workout regimen, and guidance to use some pharma…have acceds to Clenbuterol at the moment…can get acess to other stuff like anavar and Testosterone pills…plz plz plz help…

Effective workout regime? Man u have access to some potent material and u are asking for workout regime does not show u are not even an intermediate. No disrespect but plz get ur diet and workout on point first.

That is why I joined this grouo guys…isn’t it obvious to you…my country doesn’t have such expertise available nor easily accessible…whatever I get, I get from the net…where everything is being criticized as bogus somewhere or the other…thought jouning this forum might help me get some hobest and effective help…I didn’t realize that being a pro or an intermediate was a prerequisite for asking for guidance and help from you guys…

Why…because I don’t know anything about this stuff and am seeking you guys’ expert guidance, or being too respectful in my messages, or just the fact that not knowing about something is a disqualification altogether…

The reason I joined this is to get guidance…so, I sound 12…that shouldn’t stand against me…

So, i need to do research…can YOU please fuide ne to proper research work, and help me grow up?

Give me some background first on your training and nutrition. Drugs should not be even in the equation until you have these things nailed.

Hello, been writing some of the stuff (maybe stupid) that I have been doing…woukd appreciate your help in getting it right and/or on track.

Yes…I do…in fact I just renewed it and will rejoin on 20th Sep…am out of town now for office work…

I am 5 feet 10…currently weight 91 kgs…and am 36 years old…

Just uploaded a profike picture…and this is what I look like…

Workout…I workout four to five days a week…try to do whole body…with light weights…as had been he routine during my sports days…am in the gym for about two hours…do 15 to 20 mins cardio, one day like 1 min sprints … About 10 of them…each after a weight item…like three sets of shoulder press and then one min of sprinting…another day…finish 3/4 items of shoulder and the do 30 sec sprint 30 walking for 3 mins…do 4 such sessions…each after a body part…another day, just run on 10km/h speed for 15 mins…after each workout session, swim for 10 mins…

This is the basic foundation of my workout plan…light weights…full body…each part consists of 3/4 exercises…3 sets each…and the cardio…weekend walk 20 mins…take some leeway in my diet plan and stretch…

I found one pro bodybuilder here…and he is encouraging me to take the stuff

I was a professional sportsman…played cricket…then had to leave it in 2005…injury…now fully recovered…

Been working out for last 3 years, using whatever I learnt during my sports dyas, and online…

Now want to get fit…like look like you guys just a bit…

Diet…I eat yoghurt, meusli, fruits, boiled chicken, protein shakes/smoothies…and an occasional sugar mixed cuo of tea…and of lime soda, maybe mixed with honey or diabetic sugar…this pretty much my food regimen

@simonbksp - Based off of your profile picture you have absolutely ZERO reason to take steroids right now. You are not very muscular or lean. Rather than risking permanently damaging your health, train hard and eat well for the next several years before even considering taking steroids.

What does this mean? Do you want to be very lean, like a bodybuilder? Do you not care if you have some fat, as long as you are big and strong? Do you want to lift very heavy weights or do you not care how much you can lift as long as you look good?

May be a bit more muscles on the shoulder biceps, and chest…but this is basically what I aim for

No steroids needed for that physique. Solid diet and training.
