What are your best lifts in terms of curls/close grip bench/tricep exercises? I’m curious as we both have very similar frames, I’m around 5’11 with a wingspan of 6’3. It’s been a total bitch building em up, but they’re finally starting to look decent.
undermost…cant really tell need a better pic
kingbeef …damn impressive 18.5

Oh and Austin, I totally forgot about you… Your arms look a lot better these days man… And you’re finally beginning to fill out all around. Bis look great, especially the right side.
How long have you been training now?

A little over 2 years of consistent lifting…Really go bit by the bug fall of 08.
KB, jesus you got a Ball of a bicep buddy lol. As some said though, gonna have to stress those forearms for a bit. Flexor movements. Imma guess 17 for you though.
Bwhit, that is a ridiculous drop off. Now you say you’re only 165, but you have great peaks on either end, so im still going to have to say 18 for you.
& BWhit is what? 50?
Should post more too, BWhit has awesome advice.

Man, if posters got a commission off quotability, Eliteballa would be one rich dude. Almost inevitably, as soon as that thread slips from memory, someone “needs a shoe”.

Only 2 years training? thats impressive good shit man
bwhitwell- damn ill say 18.5
25th- 16.5-17
I think some of you are just judging the peak of the biceps. Bwhitwell has great looking arms that he used to model with…but there is no way he is 18+ inches.
I don’t have a big peak on my arms. Neither did Sergio Oliva…but come contest time, he had the thickest arms on stage.
A high peak is ideal in bodybuilding. You can make your arm look much bigger than it is if you do have one.
I’d say Bwhitwell is around 17 which is still extremely impressive because of how damn lean he is…but I think a lot of the numbers we are overestimating a bit. Kingbeef I’d say around 18.

Longer than that. I started a little before my join date, but I only did bench for about a year and hit the occasional bicep curl. Winter of 08/09 I got my first gym membership and began training things like legs and back. I also took note of nutrition and didn’t miss workouts. That’s when I caught the “bug.”
There’s some good arms out there. X we need you to throw a pic in here,
King beef, ur arms are ridiculous id say aroun 18.5

Omg. I said this 2-3 pages ago yet you told me, everyone knew this, thanks for the common sense advice (paraphrasing).
