I have’nt trained since September 2008 (I lie there was a spell before my second child in August 2010 for 6 weeks). Planning at ‘some’ stage getting back into it so until then here is my arm shot on my shitty supposedly indestructible Nokia that was systematically taken apart by my son and is currently held together with tape and glue (serious!)

I am 5.8 and 81kg

Been a while since I’ve shown my face around here. But I’m curious as to where you guys think I’m at.

Stats: 6’1" 230 lbs

You were serious with this?

What do people like you get out of coming here?

I wouldn’t even post here if I didn’t work out.

Dont you know? It’s for the inspirational negativity you provide and the race of straw men that you are creating

It’s all about x… BORING!

Now if you wouldnt mind ‘NOT’ derailing Mr. FattyFats thread any further…

I’m sorry, but the last post is hilarious. A guy who does NOT workout logs in and berates me for asking what he gets out of coming here.

Right…that makes perfect sense.

LOL at “straw man”. That seems to be the term thrown around by every single one of you who can’t take it when challenged on something stupid you write.

No, you go right ahead and keep planning to one day get back into it. We’ll wait.

Same stats as me but you look thicker than I am and a little leaner. I’ll say 19".

Berates YOU!

strawwwmaaan…

For the love of God you are a delusional idiot!

You ‘really’ need a new perspective on life. Maybe that new beard of yours will help but first you must log off and meet some real people!

I’m done with this!

Apologies for the bullshit everyone, but px is a super ninja troll with an argument powered tractor beam that is impossible to resist!

BTW good thread FattyFat!

Most people exagerate their measurements. I want to make the point that I don’t think measurements mean anything compared to shape, denisity, and the leaness of the individual…What did Arthur Jones measure Arnie a tad under 20inches?

I might have he smallest arms in hear (probably untrue, but not with what will be posted), but as the poster boy for xx" arms, I have come to realize, I don’t care about what they measure, I just care about how they look, that they improve and that leaness and shape trump pure mass anyday for respectable arms. Ripped 18-19s are far superior to soft 20s.

Unfortunately for me, this is definitely untrue lol. I think I won that title with a mere 17" and not as lean as you.

It takes people a while to reach that point. These days, I avoid the tape measure as best as I can, prefering to use the mirror, and how tight my shirt sleeves fit as indicators of my ‘size’.

Size matters.

Shape, symmetry, leanness, etc. dont mean shit if you have 14 inch arms.
