Grow! Whey vs. 100% Whey

I recently switched from Biotest’s Whey product to ON 100% Whey just to try something new. A few weeks in to my tub of ON whey I noticed a little gain in body fat (not a measurement, but visual difference).

Has anyone else had a similar experience to mine?

RowdyPiper, it probably has more to do with your diet than the whey protein you’re taking in. Do you keep a food log and track what you’re eating in conjunction with weighing and measuring yourself once a week?

Food logs have a way of keeping us honest. They also allow us to analyze how our body responds to different amounts of P, F and C, allowing us to adjust and fine-tune our diet along the way.

I would go ahead and say this has nothing to do with your whey protein. I use ON 100% protein and ON casein. I’m losing weight right now. It has to do with your diet, any whey is not going to put fat on with even a decent diet.

Are you on a bulk? If your on a bulk you are SUPPOSED to gain a little fat.

Are you cutting? If you are and your looking fat your diet is real messed up because your losing lean muscle mass and not enough fat and that my friend is something you need to correct immediately.
