How does grow compare to this http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3017367&cp=2665513 ?

i need to get more protein and ive been taking the gold standard whey which is a bit more expensive and has 5.5g of BCAAs per scoop. where does Grow! stand when it comes to this? i was told all whey has BCAAs.

All complete proteins have to have the full spectrum of amino acids. So leucine, valine and iso-valine will be in there (the BCAAs). You can’t beat grows price per serving.
