Grip Work for Thumb

Hello Coach

Can I do plate holds/pinch plate deadlift for 3/4 sets after each session? My thumb strength is abysmal since the surgeries.
Gonna start the 4th week of your Conjugate training. So far the recovery is good, I’m having a blast, got visible muscle and set huge pr (335lbs zercher squat when my 1rm low bar was 315lbs 6 weeks ago…)
