I have a question in regards to differences in hand strength between the two hands. Being right handed I can close the coc #1.5 for a double however with my left I can’t quite close the #1 yet, I’m just curious how big a difference is in some of your guys hands. To me this seemed like a big difference, but what do you guys think? Is this a pretty “natural” difference between my dominant and non dominant hand?

It depends on the person. I am pretty much ambidextrous due to a twice broken right hand, and honestly my left hand which is not my dominant hand originally feels stronger than my right hand was my dominant hand…
When I initially started with the CoCs, my weaker hand was definitely much more so. I don’t think it was that large of a difference like what you have, but now they’re practically the same. I’m still working to equalize them out, but timed holds seem to make the biggest difference for me.

What ones are you closing now?
When I started I could barely close the Trainer with my left (pathetic, I know). Now I can get the #1.5, but have honestly not been paying too much attention to grip training this past month. I still need to buy stronger grippers, as my #1.5 is the highest I have right now.

Hey, when I started I’m not even sure if I could close the trainer with my left hand at all!
