Grip for Dumbbell Flys?

Yes, i know compound movements are great, and I do use DB and BB bench

For isolation purposes:
As for flys, has anyone had success or heard of using a pronated grip instead of a palms facing grip.

i.e. when you do the fly and bring the dumbells together your hands would look like plugging in an extention cord.

Any thoughts? thanks-

Do you mean palms would be facing towards your feet?
If so I’ve done them like this, though not consistantly (not a big fan of flys / big pecs) they’re are quite comfy done like this.
Try them and see!
