If any of you are regular green tea drinkers, I have found a couple that I really really enjoy. They have added antioxidants in them and are flovored with blueberries and orange/strawberry. A hit of creatine, a couple hits of splenda and it’s gone in like 5 minutes.

One question regarding green tea, water and creatine. If I drink say 5 12 oz cups of green tea, does it at all affect how much extra water I need to consume for the creatine? I have heard before that water consumption should be only water, nothing added.
