I eat a relatively clean diet and supplement with the following:
First thing in the morning:
Greens+
Creatine
in Grape juice (apparently high glycemic drinks are best for creatine absorbtion?)
Throughout day:
Metabolic Drive w/ a piece of fruit
Omega 3 caplets (morning and night)
Multivitamin (morning and night)
Pre-workout:
25g isolate
48g glycocarb (8g of sugar)
PWO:
Surge Recovery
Night:
ZMA tablets (Half-hour to hour before bed)
Metabolic Drive and low GI fruit (immediately before bed)
I work out three days a week (arms, chest/shoulders, legs). Should I be taking additional BCAAs or Green Tea, additionally? I know they don’t at all accomplish the same thing. I’ve heard conflicting things about the effectiveness of green tea (and at best, you need to drink a fair amount of it for it to have any effect). Thoughts? Thank you very much.
