why the hell would he share that with anyone?
have you seen Million Dollar Baby? im guessing diz is like the semi-retarded kid who couldn’t figure out how they got the ice through the small hole in the bottle.

LLLLLOOOOOOOOLLLLL RRRFFFLLLLMMMAAAAOOOO XXXXXXDDDDDDDDD
WWWWTTTTFFFFF

I have seen many videos that this ape
put out, but this takes the cake.
Second rep wasn’t too bad. Never thought he would struggle with this much weight with that much gear. This proves that he can’t handle his other lifts.

I haven’t tested a max free squat, but I could probably do 250 raw
and so I could do this 155 front squat like its nothing (I’m not bragging, I’m just putting things in perspective). Diesel Weasel is saying he squats 375. Saw the clip, and I could ask my mom (bad eyesight) to see it from a mile away, and she’d see something like 8 inches too high.

So in this case, Diesel Weasel’s raw squat is like 225 or so. Oh, and to the guy that said that he wishes that he could live near Di-Dubz, I don’t blame you.

No, I actually pinned him in the video.

Your ignorance is astounding. You obviously know nothing pertaining to armwrestling.

 1. They’re called fouls, not faults.
 2. You -are- allowed to have one foot off of the ground during the match, so that would -not- be a foul.

What gear did I wear besides a belt and knee pads in the 2" axle 155x2 clean + front squat video? Yes, they’re pads, not wraps for the blind among us.

Try doing those front squats with 155lbs, after being cleaned on a wet 2" thickbar in the rain.

My 375x1 was 8 inches too high? That’s BS and can be disproven with the attached screenshot.

Whoa!!! The diz comes out of hiding. Just curious and assuming here, but I’m sure you have seen weightlifting videos, strongman comps., powerlifting vids, etc.; so with that said why do you do things with improper form?

That’s just one thing that I don’t understand. And why do you argue and insist with people that you are doing the lifts correctly, reaching parellel, locking out deads, or whatever. Seriously explain that to me.

I was never “in hiding”, I just forgot about the T-Nation forums for a while. I maintain a current training journal on another board and read/post in other boards too.

Yes, I watch all of the above strength sports on my computer and television. I compete in strongman contests too.

I never claimed to hit parallel with the 375x1 squat. But it’s definitely a lot lower than 8" above parallel, more like 2-3 inches.

Ok so why do you hitch and ramp your deadlifts? Also we “the people on this thread” have obviously seen things wrong in some of your lifts. We aren’t bashing your strength per se just what you are doing.

And we are posting things for one your videos do not astound us in the sense that whoa hes strong or that’s impressive, but we are thinking damn is he serious about this.

I hitch and/or ramp when I deadlift with maximal poundage because that is legal in the sport of strongman. All of my reps with 325 passed in the Strongest Man in Pennsylvania even though the last few were probably ramped and maybe even hitched too.

Fair enough…Does training the DL in this manner bother your back?

I never had any back problems or back pain since starting strength training in high school. The only problem that I had was a bit of tendonitis near my right elbow from armwrestling at Coney Island, but that seems to be gone.

haha we got tuh dizzle to post again.

good to have ya back, buddy. racing any penguins lately?

you read me like a book.

i do have a question though: why do you keep adding weight to your farmers walks instead of keeping weight low so you can do them faster?

I have hardcore penguin skills!

Ha. You do look like a penguin in that video. No offense, I probably couldn’t even do that, and if I could I would probably look like one too, but it’s just very penguinesque.

Is it true, are you competing in Pittsburgh’s strongest man? Do you know when that is, by any chance?
wufwugy wrote:

That’s not always true. I did training with 180lbs in each hand (contest weight), the farmer’s walk session before the one in the new video. I got a one second PR that time, 31 seconds. Here is the video:
http://media.putfile.com/max_farmer_180_100_31

noahfor: I will almost definitely be competing in the 2006 Strongest Man in Pittsburgh which should be in April. That will be my second strongman contest ever. The first one that I did was the 2005 Strongest Man in Pennsylvania on October 1st in which I tied for 3rd place in the Novice Lightweight division.

that’s actually a really good vid.

i’d like to see you use a weight that you can go a leeetle bit faster with, though, because then you’d be like Pudz.

only weaker and smaller. like all of us.

hahaha! that is some funny ass shit!!
