Greatest Strength Feat?

I find the following video pretty impressive myself. How many freaking years of training do you need to do what this kid does. I especially like the “push-ups” at the end.

Pretty freaking incredible if you ask me.

Beat me to it. Someone had posted the link to this in another thread. I’m still scratching my head in awe at how he does those…

a few of the greatest strength feats that I’ve seen in person…

Brent Mikesell squatting 1141 in canada…

Brent Mikesell squatting 903 in knee wraps and a belt about a year later in oregon…

Jeff Magruder benching 315 for 50 reps in Shake’s gym when I was a teenager left a big impression…

Josh Bryant benching 600 in his t-shirt …from press command to lockout took about a second…talk about explosive power!

Ryan Kennelly benching 800+ on numerous occasions…

anyways, I’ve seen a bunch of impressive shit but those just came to the top of my head…

I saw my uncle knock a horse out with one punch. I mean he knocked him the fuck out.

That was impressive to me as a 10 year old kid.

Dimas is so unbelievably fast it is hard to see the breakdown of his technique.

Talk about EXPLOSIVE power!!!

The dump I took after 2 pitchers of Guiness extra stout. F*cking black tar.

My friend and I “team” deadlifted my Jeep, lifting the front wheels 6" off the pavement and holding it long enough for his parents to take four pictures of us. The bumper aint’ exactly the easiest thing to hold onto either.

Does anyone have strength feats they’ve done themselves?

jack lalanne at 70 yrs towing 70 boats holding 70 people a mile and a half across long beach harbor. while handcuffed and shackled.

Thats fuckin crazy.

Im not a big break dance fan but that guy was awesome. (probably a gymnist)

Paul Anderson’s 6000lbs back lift.

Just supporting that kind of weight is UNREAL.

Why did he punch a horse? Where exactly did he hit it?

Steve Margerhian(sp) tearing off some guy’s steering wheel after he was cut off. He sat it in his lap and walked away.

Steve was a lifter back in the 60s who was know for upper body strength.

I have lifted the front & back ends of a few compact cars. The first time was a 99 Hyundai Accent. I was at a party and a little drunk and someone yelled out to me to try to lift a freind of mine’s car. So I went to the back bumper of the car and lifted it about 4-5 inches off the ground. I was shocked I did it.

Dat’s what I’m talkin’ "bout!

Some of the best I’ve seen:

  1. Crawford’s 750 bench at Iron Island around 2001 or so (3rd biggest in history at the time, and he was only about 270!!!)

  2. The first time I saw Kaz pick up the Inch Dumbell at York in either '99 or 2000

  3. Kaz rolling up the frying pan one handed, as mentioned at the start of this thread (I think we were at the same meet - where did you see it???)

  4. Phil Pfister any time he does the Farmer’s walk

  5. The first time I saw Jill Mills compete at York in 2000 and she push pressed 225 with ease.

  6. Amir (Amirissquat) deadlifting a car last year over 20 times at the Barbarians Show in upstate NY.

  7. Johnny Perry (RIP) doing any event - the guy was a horse!!!

Me not sleeping with the hotest HR girl a company can hope for, instead I said no thanks and called my girlfriend.

Rolo.
