Although I did not get to train this weekend, the wife and I ran a ton of errands to take care of things…annnnnnddd…we found out she is officially pregnant! She took two tests for confirmation, so we are ecstatic, especially considering the fact that we had an appointment with a fertility clinic coming up.
She also made “french onion soup burgers” this weekend which was fantastic. We took 97/3 ground beef and put an onion packet into the meat, caramelized some onions and topped them with provolone cheese. So tasty!
