Great Advice on the Grip

Notes:
*excuse my language
*tried my best to lock the knees
*am not dependent on wrist wraps anymore to help my grip
*5 lbs PR, but the important thing here is the grip improvement
*different set-up
*great advice from before, incorporated them into my workouts
*got greedy in the end :frowning:
*grip was steady even when I failed on the heaviest single
