I am a member of the Air Force and have used 5/3/1 for the past 3 years and recently switched to the Beyond 5/3/1 template that was posted last October. This program is perfect for military once the cardio is dialed up a little bit. I know that isn’t the program but it is a necessary evil in order to pass our PT standards.
I just wanted to express my appreciation for all the work you have put into 5/3/1 and the articles you write. The philosophy of 5/3/1 is what I appreciate most. Just get in the gym, lift you ass off, keep it 5/3/1 and the strength will come.
Lastly, are you going to make any shirts with some of your quotes from the books on the back? I’m sure there are a lot more people out there besides myself who would be interested in purchasing them.

I’m with you on the necessary evil part I hate running and even though I’m not longer in I still need to run for various employment reasons. Just wanted to share my thoughts. Those are some really solid #'s.
