Some more research about GFJ:
**Despite results that demonstrated higher intensity after repeated ingestions (Lilja et al, 2000a), it appears that in most cases, ingestion ofa single glass (250 ml) of regular strength grapefruit juice is enough to produce the maximum effect (Rau et al, 1997; Kane & Lipsky, 2000)

Aha, that’s the one I was talking about earlier. Thanks devildog.
In relation to the drop in blood pressure, I believe it can go low enough to withstand the protective measures of syncope. If you factor in not only vasodilation, but also dehydration from an exaggerated stimulant response (e.g. GFJ + ECA or Spike) I expect it could drop below -/60mmHg.
I’ll certainly keep you all posted with my low-dose + GFJ experiment I start my 3 weeker in september.
I am exhausted so im sorry if I am babling here.
I did have one incident after my hand surgery where i overdosed on opiates, namely percocet.
the reason why I overdosed is because I do take a double dose which is perfectly safe for me due it my weight, but I took 2x douple doses again safe but leaves me preety usless all day but still safe for me.
both times I took them with grapefruit and that interacted with the drug in such a way that the absorbation was more like 3 times better than normal.
that was a bad day

Thanks for the info Nich. It’s nice to hear how powerful the stuff is (ableit not in a great way in your story)!
I thinking that during my experiment, I should obviously watch for jaundice/itching.
I was also thinking that I could monitor my blood pressure as a sign and “backpumps” as a symptom. Just as a lame sort of way of quantifying the effectiveness of the dbol. I know that 40mg usually gives me quite mild backpumps.
What do you think guys? Any other practical measurements I could take?

DAve_, I’m curious as to your take on the itching (puritis).
I get non-focal skin itching quite a lot, mostly after a few jabs of melanotan.
However there was one period in my life where I was getting the itching plus palmar erythema. I was a little concerned, lol.
I don’t know anything about melanotan, but I know palmar erythema can be a sign of high haemoglobin levels as well as liver dysfunction.
Our little hobby certainly increases haemoglobin levels, so it could just be that I guess, plus some sort of itching inherent to melanotan use(?).
I would think that you would certainly see signs of jaundice if you had significant hepatitis, but perhaps not always.
Interestingly, I read somewhere (I’ll try to find this) that high E levels can cause PE. This would make sense with all of those AAS floating about (which I assume they were…;))
PS: I’ll be avoiding Beta-Alanine during my experiment, lol.
"…An easy way to tell if a medication may be affected by grapefruit juice is by researching whether another known CYP3A4 inhibitor drug is already contraindicated with the drug in question.
Examples of such known CYP3A4 inhibitors include cisapride (Propulsid), erythromycin, itraconazole (Sporanox), ketoconazole (Nizoral), and mibefradil (Posicor)…"
Hi all. English is not my 1st language, so please be easy on me.
About 5years ago I participated in a clinical study done by a medical research company in Boston. They studied an experimental drug witch meant to be used as ??children anesthetic??. The purpose of the study was to determine the breakdown of the drug in the body as well as side effects. There were 2 parts in the study.
During the 1st part we took 10ml of the drug orally followed by a glass of water. Than, all 15 participants remain in the same room for observation and blood draws. Within 30 min some guys felt a little drowsy but I personally felt nothing. During the 2nd part we took the same amount of the drug followed by a glass of grape juice.
Well, in about 10 min I felt high; two guys broke into fight and later within 30-40 min 10 of 15 participants felt asleep soundly including myself. I remember how the staff was surprised and even a little concern with the result.
Why is it so damn hard to find pure grapefruit juice that is not made from concentrate. I went to the biggest grocery store in my town of 100,000 and everything was from concentrate. So I went to the organic food store and even their organic grapefruit juice was made from concentrate. Do I just need to start eating half grapefruits along with oral AAS?

Strange. I just get a carton of ‘not from concentrate’ pink grapefruit juice from the local supermarket.
I actually feel a bit smug, since you guys have easy access to venison and stuff like that and I don’t
Do you think we could get a carton of grapefruit juice through US customs?
Actually, since grapefruit juice potentiates the effects of other drugs, both legal and illegal, I am a little surprised it hasn’t been outlawed by your draconian government ;)
I lol-ed.
Never thought about using it with Orals, I will try it and get back to you.
If you read something about “Local resident’s liver explodes: Grapefruit to blame”
This may be a stupid question but what about typical vitamins and supplements? What if you were to take say tribulus, BCAA’s, creatine and your multi V etc. with grapefruit juice? Does it enhance the effects of these? I’m about to start taking Advil with grapefruit juice when I have headaches and typical aches and pains. If it increases the effectivenss of the Ibruprofen it should allow for better pain relief. Right?

not a stupid question at all.
I have no idea about the supplments or the vits, mainly becuase you cant “feel” these working
I mean when you take pain killers or advil and you feel the difference you know it works.
