I am a 23year old nattie from Belfast, Ireland.

I posted on a few fag websites (Menshhealth) but found it hard to stick due to reliance on the STRICT brainwasing of FB 3x week to build muscle and strength. Only other forum i follow is getbig.

235lbs
18.5" arms cold and flexed
Have visible abs but no idea what b/f
