Masch, I like both shorts and sweats. I don’t like to wear sweats when doing legs and chest and back, because the sweat makes me feel yucky part way into the wokout. I’ll wear sweats for shoulder and arm workouts though.
Then again, I also like shorts because I like that I feel confident wearing them. When I was 200+ lbs, I only wore shorts when I felt like I’ll get a heat stroke if I wore pants. I’m proud of my legs and quads and hams and now they get noticed in a good way, so I wear shorts for comfort and ego lol

Anyway, no training today and there won’t be any training tomorrow. This is one of the times that I get REALLY mad that my gym isn’t 24/7. I’m a spoiled brat, I know.
Sunday there shall be lifting. I’ll try to keep my eats as good as I can but I make no promises. Date night led me to Olive Garden tonight. Luckily I’m not a big Italian food fan, so I didn’t eat anything that I didn’t earn today. But still. =D

Oh, I’m tannable, the red is going away. It should be gone by tomorrow. I just used that water proof/cuts through water sun screen and it is really good…where you first put the sun screen on or something. I unno, I have a few spots on my arm in the middle of my burn where there is no sun at all.
