I am a drummer who recently started practicing regularly again. My right foot and calf get a lot of work (bass drum pedal work) and I believe my right calf is stronger than the left because of it.
Yesterday I was doing Good Mornings and my right calf started to hurt almost immediately. The right calf was being activated far more than the left.
I’m looking for some advice: Should I skip Good Mornings? Any alteration I should make? Accessory exercise to help? Other advice?
