Dude, don’t listen to these guys being pricks. You’re strong as hell for a 16 year old. I know I personally didn’t have anyone as stong as you in my school when I was 16. In fact, pretty much nobody even deadlifted! I was in high school once, as were all of these other douchebags. People forget what it is like to be a kid. You’re strong, and will continue to get much stronger. Just keep working out and don’t care about what people on the internet say. Keep a log of all of your lifts, and try to beat yourself often. As long as you’re doing your best, noone can ask for anymore. Keep working out, it is a much better hobby than playing video games or smoking dope. And chicks dig it.

Squat & Deadlift = 2.0X BW & up
Bench = 1.5X BW & up
If you want something to compare yourself against, most PL federations publish lifter classification standards. Google it.

In my opinion you cant define whats good or bad strength-level in deadlift, squat or bench until you know the lifters measurements.
For example, i have pulled 300kg, and the same time i pressed only 150kg.
Thats because i have very strong back, long arms, which are good when deadlifting, but not so good when benching.

I’ve made a fair bit of progress on my deadlift it’s now 190kg/418lbs x 3 and 200kg/440lbs is the most I’ve tried 1rm both at 74kg/163lbs RAW
btw im 5’11
actually can you guys just critique all my lifts in terms of strength for my weight n height while I’m here
my bench is 120kg/264lbs 1rm
squat is 140kg/308lbs 1rm weak point due to previous patella tendon injury I’m trying to get my legs stronger their my weak point
and just for fun my weighted chinup is 40kg x 2
and my bicep curl is 65kg 1rm lmao i thought it was funny because its like 9kg off my body weight haha a body weight curl would be a cool stat don’t you think ![]()
