alright so i injured my shuolder and my whole right side atrophied and i dropped from 72 kg to 69 kg in the space of a week and have been out of training (upper body kept doin legs of course venus would kill me if i didnt) for 6 weeks. . .
that was 8 1/2 weeks ago the last two weeks ive been back eating and training hard and because im not in a weight group anymore (punching is still a no-no for me) i have decided to put on a little (much needed) weight. . . here’s somw updated pics gimme a break ive been injured (and im not 4.5% bodyfat anymore lol)
you can clearly see the wastage in the right shoulder! ah ill get it back
was already on there having a look. . he’s in good condition alright gave him a 7. . . ‘sickly’? i think thats a bit harsh wots wrong with my tan? if you’d taken the time to read the thread you would know i was lean for a reason . . and i clearly stated that i was injured and have only just got back training and i only put these up as a follow on from what id previously put up on the thread and was saying that i have put on a few lbs despite injury and i plan on putting on mass so. . . . any thing constructive to say? . . help me build my ridiculously inhibited shoulder? any thing. . ? no? didnt think so. . your obviously an angry little man
Great physique!
Of course, people should pursue whatever goals make them happy, but I certainly believe that if people weren’t so afraid of losing 20lbs on their bench press and actually leaned out once in a while, there would be a lot more good physiques around.
A lot of muscle mass is a great thing. A lot of muscle mass plus a lot of body fat = fat guy with big forearms. Which is fine…I just don’t think it looks good.

Ahzaz, you have little to no muscle mass and you don’t have lats which are part of the v-taper. Not trying to be mean but you need to stop wondering why you don’t have this or that on this site. You need to build some muscle.
I think after Ahzaz hits puberty he’ll have a better chance of building muscle.

I do know what you say, i hate that. There is a guy who is always teasing me about size, he insisted on being bigger than me, I hate that kind of piss contest, we standed in front of a mirror and the gym trainer measured us. Big result: I am bigger and better shaped than him, but still with all of his fat, he seems to be bigger, but he is not. The tape doesn’t lie. Also, I have read somewhere here that is kind of weird visual effect, the leaner the lighter you look. If i compare my 160pound pics from 2 years ago, to my actual 160pound pics, I look bigger two years ago. Also my grandma insist every time on why I am so thin lately, telling my wife: you don’t feed him enough.
but lately, i am 160pound and I don’t care on what people think , I will reach my goal, period.

Why “Good Considering”? you look good.
Glad to see you don’t have a powerlifter tummy.
Does powerlifting grows a tummy?

He means powerlifters usually are not ‘lean’ like a fighter would be. Even if the powerlifter is lean, he usually has a pretty good sized bulge on his stomach

Ok. i see. I tought the gut was distended by the breath pattern. so, every guy who lift a little and have a gut, has the excuse to say: “I am a powerlifter”?

NO. That’s a pretty common excuse. Powerlifters lift for strength, not aesthetics. If you have a gut, you have to be able to back it up with some impressive weight.
