thanks man. .see thats the thing! i can teach the snatch clean any movement really! ive been training people years!. . i posted mainly to get an opinion but secondly just to show that every1 makes mistakes!! im no ‘noob’ but was still making a balls of my clean!! :slight_smile:

I gave you an 8 kind of high but your very balanced and symmetrical. You look good honestly probably better then almost everyone you know, yet of course your not ‘huge’ but thats alright. Also I’m glad you didn’t bullshit lifts and showed lots of pics and videos, thats how everyone should do it on this forum. A lot of people should follow this same format in the future.
