Five separate charges, aimed at both the masseur and the company that hired him. The company in question is supposed to be able to read the minds of potential employees, I suppose, to screen for sexual deviance. If I am reading this right, too, FOUR of the charges are aimed not at her alleged foot slimer, but at Gold’s Gym, who did not, so far as I’m aware, even so much as expose itself to her.

Sorry, I’m with Professor X here, something ain’t adding up. Even if it is as she says, her blatant opportunism raises some serious red flags as to the degree of emotional trauma she is actually suffering.

So Emily, genuinely curious, no sarcasm, could you tell me this: If it happens to be the case that everything happened exactly as she said, what should be her compensation, in your opinion.

I am of the mind that ejaculation could easily have occurred in this manner. He could have his penis between her foot bottoms and his hands, like an oily penis sandwich, and have been purporting massage her feet. He’s possibly even done it to a bunch of women without their noticing, or at least not enough to gather up the courage to actually lift their head out of the face-hole and turn around.

Still, call me old fashioned, I think things like this should remain between the two people it started with, unless there is a clear, malicious connection to other parties.

I’m with you on this 100%. She’s not just pressing charges against him, and barring prior sexual misconduct, there is NO way Gold’s could have known this to be a potential issue. They, as a company, seem to have done nothing wrong.

The fact that she’s also suing Gold’s Gym doesn’t throw up any red flags for me.

  1. The incident occurs

  2. she talks to a lawyer about seeking damages

  3. the lawyer informs her of what she’s able to sue for.

  4. When she finds out there’s a potential for an even larger settlement if she includes Gold’s Gym in the lawsuit, she decides to sue the corporation as well.

Basically she’s still exploiting the system but not to the extent you guys are suggesting. This is all assuming the event actually took place.
