But on a serious note, I used to be a pretty big alky, and could kill over 20 shots and be fine. But still, I haven’t drank in months and 3 wouldn’t do shit. Anyway, if your excessively tired then alcohol affects you much sooner, also if you haven’t eaten anything you’ll get drunker quicker.

You guys clearly missed my point. Maybe i wasn’t clear enough. Reading it again, i wasn’t. I’m not concerned with stuff like getting drunk, and so on. I pretty much know how to deal with that.
I was (i am) concerned with stuff like losing muscle due to alcohol.
It has hapenned to me before, and i wanted to find out what you guys do to deal with it, in order to reduce any effect it could have on all of the hard work throughout the week.

Dude. Relax. People treat training like it’s the most delicate fucking math equation. If you are diligent all week getting hammered on the weekends is a non-issue.
