How long after coming off a session of Fat Fast should one wait before undertaking the massive amounts of foods that you must intake on your Mag 10 cycle?
I was wondering the exact same thing. My guess is 2 weeks minimum. Four weeks would probably be “optimal” so that you can slowly work your way back up with carbs. I’m considering doing 2 weeks though, as I’ve been off of my last fat fast for almost 1 week and I’m ready to put some mass/strength back on and eat, eat, eat!!
Not sure of the science, but take 3-6 weeks. Once you finish fat fast, slowly introduce carbs while changing your workout. After your body is used to consuming carbs on a regular basis, then plan on the mag-10 based growth phase. I’m sure the experts can give a better (shorter) window of time, but I like safe rather than sorry.
3-4 weeks working up to those calories every day and using Massive Eating macro partitions. So if you’re coming off the Fat Fast, you’ve been eating like 1500 calories a day. Massive Eating might need you at 4500 calories a day. Take 4 weeks and add an extra 100 calories each day and slowly work in the carbs. Week 1, eat 1 P+C meal plus use Surge after workouts. Week 2, eat 2 P+C meals, Week 3 eat 3 P+C meals and by the end of week 4 you should be eating full blown Massive Eating calories. Week 5, guzzle the MAG-10 and get protein up to 400g/day and carbs up to 500g/day and eat the necessary EFA’s but don’t go to high on the fat.
