Vegetables. Other than that I would suggest the search function, seriously.

Nuts.

and why are you avoiding these items? gonna be tough getting protein on a low carb diet without these 3.

Im not trying to avoid them i just want to have other recipes/options available
I mean really the only proteins you can eat on low carb are meats, eggs, some dairy (depends on how strict you are), and powders…and you mix those with veggies, nuts, fruit (again how strict you are), ect…
I would look up some of the popular low carb diets for recipes like:
Paleo by Loren Cordain
Primal by Mark Sisson
TNT by Jeff Volek
Anabolic diet
Otherwise just type low carb recipes on google…
Dude, just add mushrooms/onions/garlic to said meat and egg meals and you will never want to stop eating them.
If that doesn’t float your boat, then use coconut oil as well.
My breakfast lately; 2 eggs + 4 whites, cooked in a tbsp coconut oil with cubed beef heart (tastes like beef, mouthfeel of ham, go CoQ10) and added onions/garlic alongside cinnamon and black pepper is better than ANY cheat meal that I can think of.
My next cheat meal is this omelette, except thrice the size with added oyster mushrooms. Seasoning and small veggies are your friend ![]()
Yeah look up the paleo diet cookbook in this forum, i think westcoast started the thread? I would look there. I think T-Cell Alpha has a thread too.
