really fluffy, and I suspected that just to make it a bit harder you coughed a couple of times in the hole.

Well done mate.

Mate I had a cough for like 5 weeks and it wouldn’t budge even with the inhaler. Finally it has gone and then I get a fking cold. Didn’t effect my training but it’s still annoying. Grrrr

Coughing is about one of the most annoying things, because you’re not really ill, but you feel like it.
Hope it’ll pass soon Luc.

You should know by now @mortdk that when @I_Luc says it’s easy it really means an eye ball busting, vomit inducing, shit yourself kinda workout. :joy::face_vomiting:

Haha, yeah I skipped good mornings and left a set off calf raises and hip Belt Squats, so yeah a bit easier  and 180kg squats is nothing too hard :+1:

I have those sessions from time to time, they’re the best, not today though

Fluff Day today, didn’t add squats, will do back tomorrow, then Thursday morning squats (instead of Saturday)before I head off bush. Not sure if I’ll head all the way to Birdsville with my mates (they’re doing a Simmo crossing) or just to Maree, then head down the Oodnadatta Track solo, see Lake Eyre, then down Borefield track to Roxby and to visit the Old Dear.

Haha, too true :+1:
I wish I was going as well, however i have to be back for some work shit next week, grrr. And there’s an 80km detour for the Eyre Creek as it’s flooded and the burn rate on my V8 Grand Cherokee quite high, so that’d mean at least 6 jerries of fuel to carry

It really sounds like an epic journey. Not somewhere I’d want to be with no fuel though !

That sounds like a great journey Luc, I envy you guys a bit.
If I ever comes downunder one day, you have to show me some of those epic places.
