Cheers.
You still got a Biotest stash?
Scott
I don’t man, I’m all out. I do have some stuff left, but I start my V-Diet tomorrow, and need it for that.
When you order from Biotest direct, you can claim back the VAT (from the UK tax authority) on some items.
I’m probably gonna put in a very small personaly order a few weeks after my V-Diet, noly a few hundred dollars or so.
When are you hoping to finish your cut by?

How much fat have you lost so far Scott?

3 weeks… roughly 8 kilos (depending on when i weigh myself)
No idea if thats all fat or whatever… ![]()
I’m all out of HOT-ROX, just have 1.5 tubs which I’m using for V-Diet and transition.
Think I’ve got some Spike though.
Are you following a specific program, or doing your own thing?
8kg in 3 weeks is impressive. Nice work.

Remember, you’re losing fat from EVERY area of your body - visceral fat, too, underneath the muscle, and not just fat between the skin and the muscle (subcutaneous.)
Therefor, a lot of the fat you will lose will be hard to notice, visually. As you get leaner, and those “hidden from view” fat stores become less prominent, more and more fat loss will come from your visible areas.
I can see a very large difference in your chest, though, and your waist looks like it has shrank to me.
Keep up the good work.
By the way diet looks fine as long as you’re hitting the numbers you plan on hitting that is.

Pretty much a 5x5 powerlifting type training template that ive been on for ages but im still makeing strength gains. Then adding in HIIT and fasted cardio.
Bt overall im doing my own thing, I aim to hit at least 3 big compound lifts per session and some related isolation. Thats about it. Been adding in some supersets and keeping my eye on the rest times more and more recently thou.
Spike pills for sale? ![]()

I didnt even think about visceal fat etc. I was just hopeing for a “honey i shrank the kids” style improvement. lol
But im happy overall. All my cloths fit me or are too big. Ive never had that in my life, ive always had a shirt or something that is just a bit too tight, but i can now throw on anything and it fits. I need to put a new hole in all three of my belts, maybe two more in one of them.
My jeans fit from the first time i wear them, i dont have “to stretch” them in anymore.
With the summer coming up, im thinking of buying a few wife beaters and pairs of shorts. normally id never dream of doing that. but i reckon in 8 weeks id be comfortable wearing one.
I dont see the difference in my chest… But im just about to take some measurements… so the truth will be in the tape.
Scott
Measurement progress
Day 14
Waist 44 inch
Chest 46inch
Shoulders 54inch
Bicep 17inch
Top of thigh: 30inch
Bottom of thigh: 21inch
Calf 19inch
Today
Waist 43inch - and ive just had a big meal
fucking right
Chest - 45inch
Shoulders - 55inch
Bicep - 17inch
Top of thigh - 32inch - but i did train legs today :S
Bottom of Thigh - 22.5inch - again trained legs today
Calf - 19 inch
That has made my day. Ive just eaten a big meal (burger eggs cheese and colslaw) and ive lost an inch on my stomach and inch on my chest. but somehow put on an inch around my shoulders.
im pretty estatic about that.

Good stuff man. 1 inch off the waist in a week is great.
Do that for 10 weeks and you’ll have yourself a 33 inch waist.
Glad you’re stoked to see these numbers - I was getting the slight impression you weren’t too happy with your visual results but again, to reiterate, you’re carring more fat than you realize and its gonna take you a while to get down the leanness needed to see visual changes rapidly. Once you get there, though, you’ll start looking better and better each morning.
Id assume that a 33 inch waist would be quite impossible for be as my bones are probably bigger than that.
funny thing is i wear size 38/40inch jeans. But im actually 4 inchs bigger WTF.
using that as a template, if i get to 33inch id have to buy 29inch jeans, my legs are bigger than that. lol

For the first time in a while, i was getting a bit of a pump on the go in my back.
Also had veins actually popping out of skin on my forearms and neck. i have been able to see them but not feel them before. Think its probably the rest periods. The 60 secs seemed too much time. Might shorten it to 45secs.

Yeah pants sizes aren’t the literal size of your waist or legs [quote]

Well, again, pants sizes are all fucked up. Your legs are bigger than that NOW, but when they’re truly lean they’ll be somewhat smaller.
Just don’t underestimate how small your waist will get if you see this through. Around the navel, in my avatar, I had a 31.5 inch waist, and I STILL had plenty of subcutaneous fat to lose at that time in order to be in “contest condition” - not saying you’re going for contest condition, just using it as an example.

Defo not going for “contest condition”, but im well keen on seeing an ab or two before im 21. ![]()
I’ll take your word for it
going shopping for 32 inch jeans would be fucked up. My calves are already too big for most 38/40 jeans as it is. it has to be bootcut or i look ridiculous.

Agreed. Combine that with the fact that jeans styles are changing according to trends, and the current trend as of now is to be an anorexic emo crybaby asswipe hot topic kid, finding pants that fit is fucking ridiculous.
So I present to you, custom pants
