Impressive bench sir. Stretching the tris like that does change the feel of the exercise. Were you gyrating on the smith machine to impressive the ladies at the gym??

Hey Harry,

I’m all excited to mess around with some hg stuff. looks like less opportunity to hurt my knee than with strongman. Also, I have been thinking all last night about awesome ways I can fab fake hg implements for super cheap.

I have a big-ass field out behind the parking lot at work, so I can throw at lunch (been wantin to get a flippin tire, but no way to get it here). I’ll keep you posted on my implement creation.

Got a pretty good mix of heavy lifters, bbers, young jocks, and old farts where I work out, bdog. If the benchs or racks are being used we just jump in with the group. Most everyone knows each other so it’s not usually a problem. Course when one of the kids you’re benching with says “grandma says she went out with you in High School” (happened the other night) it might be time to find an older crowd to lift with.

Great work. You earned your breakfast. Although, it looks like you could have used a few pancakes to go along with the rest of it. It is tough to call it a breakfast without pancakes.

Harry, is there usually an actual shot put ring to throw the stones out of as in the video, or is it more often like what I saw at the one here in Las Vegas where they just chalk a ring in the grass?

Too bad they don’t give discounts for recruiting new throwers. You’ve got at least two of us interested.
