Ate a big breakfast, took a nap, found a couple of new sore spots, got a nice bruise comin right on my collar bone from the caber. Afternoon, headed out to a local High School track. Actually tried to stretch a little (1 ana 2, ok, enough). Been having a problem getting the shot tucked just where I like it against my jawline. Took a lot of easy throws to loosen up the wrist and finally found the old sweet spot. Ended up having a great practice. Sun was shinin, got up to 66 degrees. Took off my shirt and had a great time. Weather goes back down hill this coming week. Back in the gym tomorrow night.

Didn’t take any punny. That was the only disappointing part of the meet. The women competing were all from one of the competitors gym and were all first timers and learning. Didn’t get to see any that were trained.
