GNC Distance

I heard some good things about this Distance stuff so I decided to give it a shot. After drinking a scoop mixed with some water and gulping it down I had some serious urge to puke. Does this happen to anyone else… And does Surge taste anything like this GNC deal?

Surge tastes like liquid angel food cake. Very good in other words. I crave the stuff. The GNC generic lines (“black labels”) don’t have the best rep, BTW.

Yes, Surge is great but really an alternative flavor might be something the innovators at Biotest consider. The taste is great guys but something just for a change of pace after a workout or two, geese.

BEWARE!!
GNC is for the uneducated consumer! If you go there you can expect to get a low grade product that is terribily overpriced. They could care less about you, the consumer. It is ALL about the money for them.
Surge on the other hand is a completely different story. Sure the product cost is high. But you certainly get what you pay for in this case. The best of proteins and carbs for maximum intake pre-during-post training. The taste is great as well. Bottom line: no comparison here!

BodyIQ is right. GNC stuff, for the most part, sucks. If you don’t want to buy Surge, you have the option of making your own concoction. Buy the ingredients in bulk separately.

I agree with BodyIQ and Machine: you’re better off making your own drink rather than buying the GNC Distance. Surge, on the other hand, is no doubt a superior product in comparison.

I buy GNC ephedra and it seems to work perfect for my needs(increased energy). Whether or not I lose fat is really of no concern to me, but I definately can feel the energy. Am I being ripped off?

Keep in mind that the homemade version will taste worse than the GNC stuff. Surge is worth the extra cost once you taste the homemade, plus its conveneint and you know you’re getting the formula right.

OK, i admit it tastes putrid, but it works good

My homemade version tastes OK to me. Who knows, maybe I’m just used to it.

Aaaah yes. The GNC House brand. I remember when my first protein was the GNC brand. I itched for a week, and couldn’t stop peeing.

Beware the GNC brand…remember it’s cheap for a reason!
