Glute-Ham Help From Bodybuilders?

Help!!
I??ve been competing in natural bodybuilding every couple of years since 1995. My question is like a lot of guys my glutes never come down very tight (especially the glute ham tie in).

Over the years I have extended my dieting phase to as much as 24 weeks to try to achieve this and I think personally have given up a bit of fullness by coming down so much. It did help my hamstrings out a bit but my glutes weren??t that much better.

This time I stayed leaner in the off season and still I??m dieting 20 weeks. Right now I??m 6 weeks out and I??m testing at 6.3% with a Lange caliper by a very experienced tester, this is where I was at in my last show at about the same time out. I am very lean up top with veins in my abs, delts, arms, and calves. My quads are even very separated but again I??m holding fat in my glutes and a little in the hams.

I??m currently doing double cardio??s and taking this to the extreme again but any advice would be great!

What I??ve read before is that its estrogen related so this year I??ve been taking the recommended dose of Rez-V. Should I take a higher dose? Try another estrogen blocker?

Any ideas??
