Thought this would be the right place to post this.
My girlfriend is 5’2 105 lbs so she’s pretty skinny but she would like to get toned up! She’s home for the summer from college and has no gym membership currently. I told her to do some running, and bodyweight exercises such as bodyweight squats, lunges, pushups etc and to have a clean diet. What else would you guys recommend? She’s one of those girls that thinks if she lifts shell get big and i can’t get it through her head that thats much easier said than done haha. What other advice should i give her?
