I have been dating this incredible woman ( 21 yrs ) for about a year, she’s one of those eur-asian hotties and is very popular and has lots of friends but we had an arguement tonite that made me kind of take a step back and want to re-evaluate our relationship. We were talking about one of her friend’s that dropped out of college and is doing the working and drinking thing … the dude is cool but really irresponsible and regardless of this she told me that if she ever caught her kids w/ weed she would call the police on them. I asked her further about this and she said that she would get a friend cop or something to take em to jail for a night to scare them. This has upset the heck out me , bc it seems that she would do something like that to family , wouldn’t be a great mom. She says that it would be right to call the cops on her kids since weed would harm their health and future. I dont know , i think this arguement is kind of dumb but who do you guys think is right? - Clay

discipline your own kids and dont leave everything to the government or else in the future you’ll have to wait ti’ll your 18 to lift weights or else it’ll stunt your growth. my 2cents
She has the right idea, keep your kids away from marijuana if you can, she’s just a little stupid about it. Calling the cops is stupid. You don’t get to just go to jail overnight to be scared. You’ll just end up paying a bunch of fines and having to pay for various classes or programs so the local or state government can make ends meet and still waste taxpayer money.
My wife would fuck my kids up if she got them with weed. A night in jail would be the best they could hope for. They’d pray the cops got there before my wife got a hold of them.
I don’t even understand your concerns. There is such a thing as right and wrong, and it’s a parent’s job to teach it to their kids. Do you really think protecting them from the consequences of their actions is loving? Do you want to teach your kids that it’s alright for them to do stupid, illegal things? Where do you draw the line? Weed? Crack? Bank robbery.
