I did! I picked out my favorite ones and put them up in my bedroom, gave one to the hubby, etc. Call me vain, but I like seeing them. I worked hard for the body I have, so I’m gonna enjoy it.

That photo shoot was a once-in-a-lifetime splurge. I do have a tripod and a remote control, so future pictures will be DIY. Sort of along the lines of what N. is doing. She’s very inspirational.

On the folding issue - it depends on how you fold. In my case, I fold in half when the weight is too heavy. I believe this is due to my legs not being strong enough for the weight, and has little to do with my back /core. When I fold, my back stays perfectly straight. I fold because my legs feel like they can’t squat the weight, so in order to keep the bar moving downward I end up folding myself forward, rather than continuing dropping my ass down. As my back stays straight, I don’t think my core/back is a problem (especially since I can rack pull twice what I squat).

However, I have seen people fold that don’t actually fold but rather curve down. upper back rounds, lower back pops out in this scary lookin’ bump… that fold is probably due to core and back being too weak for that level of weight.

In the end, just get stronger.[/quote]

in my own experience, the folks at efs showed me, with pokes and prods and hands all over me…

exactly how i was folding over because of my weak abs/obliques and not “bracing” myself with them, as though i anticipated impact.

im sure its diff for lots of people, and not having someone there with our pretty lady kimba makes all this e-diagnosing tough. video is the next best thing.

unless, kimba, you wanna set up a live webcam next time you hit the gym…

very cool.

oh, oh yes. I defer to the webcam idea. I really can’t help until I can watch the way you move. cough move the weight, that is…

CBear, but a webcam can’t replicate the hands-all-over-me which I certainly would like. If you and deja and Frzn were involved, that is.

I’m in.

Road trip to EFS!!! The “hands-all-over-me” part with the hands belonging to big strong men…it’s almost as good as a spa day!

DCA would be very, very welcome.

N., oh I know how much work it is having done it before. Lighting is the main problem, for sure. Photoshop can only help so much for that.

giterdone, I was going to re-post those pics because I couldn’t place them in my prior logs. But George has come to the rescue! Thanks! There are also more on page 9 of that log.

Actually, I might dig up some of the photo shoot pix that I haven’t posted here before. I bought a bunch of really stupid-expensive lingerie for that shoot, wore one of the outfits to sleep in last night and it reminded me how much I like those pictures.

Greeney, you have articulated a really, really, good fantasy. I’m thinking on that now.

You should post them. You look stunning and should be proud of how well they turned out.

Trying to get the cost per wear of this little number down.

So as not to be a disruption, I shall sit on my hands and hold my applause until the end of the show. Please continue…

Another pic.

By all means, wear it as much as you like. Or…wear it as much as I like. I’m all about making things economical.
