Can someone out there tell me whether it is better to do a program like German Body Comp. or Meltdown Training as opposed to doing a regular workout program with cardio? Has anyone had better results with lactic acid training than with a weight program and cardio? thanks.
Well, speaking as someone that just got back from his first day of Meltdown, I can tell you that cardio is NOTHING compared to this type of training. Cardio is a walk in the park, a pussy exercise compared to Meltdown! I can hardly type and it’s been 30 minutes. Also, keep in mind that GH/Lactic Acid training is supposed to also add lean mass as well as help with fat loss, at least according to the authors of the programs. We’ll see. But I don’t think anyone would expect that from regular cardio. I’m gonna go puke now.
