Alright, even though this has turned to a complete sticks and stones thread, I have a few comments
First the about steroids being illegal, so therefore cheating. Illegal in the US does not mean ilegal everywhere. In some countries steroids are entirely legal.
IN a recent FLEX mention was made by Dennis James that in Thailand you can buy what you want from a pharmacy, but imported protein powders were differcult to obtain. To a lifter over there, protein powders may be considered cheating.
IN my country pro hormones are illegal, but I don’t bitch and moan about how those using them have fake muscles or are cheating.
Why do some “natural” lifters feel the need to preach about how bad drugs are, and how morally wrong it is to use them, blah blah, blah.
I’ve never used them, and dont really give a fuck if someone does. I lift fo myself, sure I’d love the extra size gear could give me, but i’ve made my choice and don’t need to justify it, or run down anyone else who has made a different choice.
If your going to get into a debate about drugs, why not out it into the stupidity of both tobacco and alchol being legal, despite that they not only harm the user, but society as a whole through. Fuckwit drunks who drive, abuse spouses or whatever, and those cocksuckers who smoke, causing us to inhale their toxic fumes.
Steroids may have some detremental effects on the user, but at least they don’t fuck up non users.

I’ll make this brief…First of all, I’m not natural. Is it because I’m on the “sauce”? Nope! Did a “cycle” of 4-diol some time ago so therefore my physique isnt natural :). Whether or not guys are using steriods isnt my concern. I know which guys in my gym are on it. Those muscular huge chests and lats with a bloated tummy tells it all. I sometimes wonder if people think i’m on the 'roids since I’m one of those regulars who squat 450lbs for reps (closed stance).
As for Getwood, this is the only discussion board that I know of that mentions the possibility of Getwood getting "busted". But if it is legal in his country how the hell is it possible for him to get busted/arrested/whatever? Same thing with SBC, those sources live in places where it is legal.
