He clearly stated 40-60 lb dumbells. That’s a 40lb gain. But that doesn’t change your advice to eat. Or that this guy is a total tard as evidenced by his bogus advice to others in other threads. Advice I’ve parroted right back to him here.

Poliquin says 15 pounds is an inch on the arms. So I hate to be a dead horse bu EAT!!

lmao. seriously.

Good form curling 60’s is quite decent for a smaller guy. How much did your weight increase over this period. And any other lift/stats you care to share?

I am just wondering, why I am not filling out in my arms, like I feel I should be.

I have gone from curling 40 lb dumbells to 60 lbers since last semester, that is a significant increase.

But forearms and biceps and triceps, lack the fullness, that filled out bulging look I’ve seen in some of my bb friends.

It’s sort of driving me nuts. It’s as if my efforts are fruitless.[/quote]

I’m almost sure your form is shitty. Try doing more iso work and very strict form, don’t get so focused on moving heavy weight its not going to make you progress faster-actually make it slower- just cause injuries.

Doesn’t it really come down to for every inch on your arms you have to put on about 10 pounds of muscle, and as you get bigger, you need to put on more muscle than 10 pounds to get them even bigger?

check yo form! are you squatting, leaning back like Fat Joe, and merely chucking that sum bitch towards your chest. Tighten up the form and go for the contraction.
