When I take protein shakes I tend to feel a combination of sick to my stomach, like my body is crashing, and I get shakey (heh).
Could this have anything to do with the protein? I’ve noticed when I eat peanut butter I get a bit sick to my stomach + crashing, but not to the same extent.
I’d like to continue to consume these things, as every bit counts when you’re as thin as I am.
Also, if this shouldn’t be posted here, I apologize.
I had the same problem with BSN’s TRUE MASS. Then i learned about Biotest and i still felt a little funny after using the Metabolic Drive. So i stopped mixing my shakes with milk and i started using water (which tastes great with the Metabolic Drive) and i have never had a problem since.
