Of all of the fat loss programs published on T-mag which do you think is most effective. My primary goal is to have a 6-pack and a shredded torso. I am thinking of starting CTs running man program.

It all (bulking, cutting) begins with the diet.
You can run, walk, train all you want in quest for ripness; however, if your diet is crap, you won’t see results.
I will say one more thing is important: LBM. Do you have the mass necessary to display ripness?
I agree w/ Patricia that it’s all about the diet. If your diet is in check then any program will get you ripped to shreds.

You can do Westside powerlifting and get the results you are looking for. The trick to it is to follow a proper diet as Patricia and Fitone already mentioned. The training style is not quite as important. Some people argue that high rep training will create high amounts of lactic acid which will release large amounts of GH, which is a proven fatburner. Others will argue that heavy, low rep training is anti-catabolic and will create great tension in the muscle which is important for acheiving maximum density and hardness. But no one will argue that you have to properly diet. And the winner is…Diet.
how about meltdown training coupled with tdawg 2.0? that’s a good combo.
and don’t eat any crap - doesn’t matter what you do then.
