Some of my heavy squats are right on the edge of deep enough. I’m not trying to sit my butt on my calves , but would like there to be no doubt.
Messed up week, with the holiday in the middle of it. Ended up in 3 different gyms by the time it was done.
Fri. did some light speed stuff, and some accessory work.
Sat, Dead lift, worked up to 385x3x3
3" deficit 315x1x5
Db rows 110x10x2
pulldowns 180x12x3
seated leg curls 70x12x3
I have also HTS trend here in the old fart realm,…not sure about it yet, but I needed somebody to hold me accountable. So far it has been easier than what I was doing, which is not necessarily a bad thing.

Grey, I’m in week 2 of HTS and like you not sure about it yet but I’m willing to follow the program given the success he has had with a lot of other guys on here.
This workout looks real similar to my deadlift day, slightly different set and rep scheme but same movements. I will be following to see how things are going and what your impressions of the programming are.

I added a set or two. I’m not destroying myself, but I’ve been benching alot longer than I’ve been squatting or pulling (sad to say). I swear I could bench twice a week. The lower body stuff, sticking to the program. (almost)
