Went to the commercial gym Sun morning with my oldest son.
Speed bench 135x3x3, 185x3x3, 225x3x2. Josh commented that 225 felt heavy. He then went to 275, and complained again that it was a heavy 275. I grabbed a 45 and went to the scales. The 45# rubber coated plates weigh 47.76# so even if everything else is dead on, 275 is really 285+. And I thought it was just me getting old, and having a bad day.
Squats,(because this is what the boy can out do me on) 300x5x4, I now know everything about my form I need to improve on…thanks Josh!

Thanks Fischer, I have 3 boys, 3 girls. oldest son is 28…youngest is 7. His squat and pull are better than mine, but I got him on the bench.
Avi picture is a year old. Not as lean now, but not bad. I was 175 and 5 weeks from stepping on stage. A much happier and stronger 200 now.
Squat day, 445 squat…a little high, but watch the guy in the back try and talk himself into the boxjump.
