Getting My Nutrition In Line

Well, I’ve been logging my diet for a week, and while it’s taken some getting used to, it’s abundantly clear that my diet (which I actually thought was pretty good) sucks.

So, I stared preparing for next week, when I’m going to take my first stab at getting my nutrition in line and starting a new full body routine. I’ve been doing some reading, and honestly have a little bit of information overload, but I’m going to start hitting it hard and eating like I mean it, and I’ll just adjust as required.

A trip to the local discount club today has left my cupboard pretty well stocked for the week ahead. Lots-o-Meat.

So far the biggest adjustment is shooting for 5-6 meals a day, and what macronutrients to ingest when, but as I said I’ll prolly adjust a required.

Hopefully you guys won’t mind me asking a few questions here and there. I’ll post up a diet plan when I get it jotted down based on what foods I have on hand - I’m sure there’s some holes here and there…

I’ve also got some protein powders, BCAAs, Torrent for post-workout, etc, etc.
