Shit. No, the log is fine. I scheduled my training split on outlook and accidentally made it a repeat appointment. I’ve been repeating the same day over and over.

35 pound camber bar + 10 pounds of ankle weights on my wrists 3x30

med band curls with the band on my wrists x30, 25, then a rest pause set with I have no idea how many reps

Light bands press downs standing several feet from the rack x25, 20,
Then a drop rest pause set. I did AMRAMP then stepped closer the the rack and did AMRAP, then stepped under the rack and did AMRAP. For a rest pause set. So 9 total AMRAP. FEEL THE BURNZZ!!!

Unfortunately, when I made the appointment I made it repeat indefinitely. Also, because the delete key on my keyboard is broken, I will have to continue front squatting 5 days a week, forever…
