Hit a 150 Press on a particularly crappy day. Proud of myself. It’s deload week, but what the hell? I had 10 pounds or so in the tank.

But you’re still getting it done. When your health turns around all the time put in sick will pay off.

You’ll be very talented at dealing with adversity, which is a skillset MANY people are lacking. The biggest issue I imagine you’ll encounter is an inability to empathize with those lacking that skill.

I would hope this is the case as well…I’ve been dealing with more than most people probably could ever since I’ve been properly able to process emotions and events. Not an exaggeration, home issues suck.

Well, shit. Looks like I’m back. Hit an all-time Squat PR today. 255 x 15. I could have had 20 if I didn’t rush into the 16th rep like an asshole…I wasn’t even that out of breath. BW is at 165 pounds, walking around. Keeping the diet very simple seems to help my GI tract. Just going to keep it mind-numbingly simple. @MarkKO I squatted the Panora way today. No safeties or spotters, clips on. Got my badge of pride today. @OTHSteve I’m coming for you.

If I’m eating in a surplus, it sure isn’t showing on the scale. Thanks for the compliment! I was very proud of myself, and I had more in the tank if I didn’t rush the last 5. Only 13 reps are showed there. Here’s the full youtube video:

It’s also the fastest 15-rep squat set I’ve ever completed. That fucking bar greased me at the end.

It’s the first time I set a Squat PR in months. I’m also 10 pounds lighter than when I squatted 250 x 14 a few months ago. This set was also much less taxing than that one was.
